For Ventura

Traveling through Central California from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo, I instantly fell in love with its ocean vistas, mountains, winding canyon roads, endless farmlands, and ominous dunes. It is an unbelievably beautiful place with some of the nicest people I've ever met and simply put, you just feel good being there. The wildfires and recent mudslides have devastated communities making for a long journey to recovery. I'm heartbroken looking at the images of destruction, while at the same time inspired seeing folks coming together to help out in any way they can.

I wanted to offer some kind of support with my art. So here it is, my first time ever offering prints for sale on my site. I found it fitting to select those photos created on my first trip out last October to The Race of Gentlemen in Pismo Beach.

A portion of the sale of each print will be donated to Help California, a community organized relief fund for those affected by The Thomas Fire and mudslides. To learn more about the group set up through Iron & Resin in Ventura visit their page here.
